Plus your new AC unit will run much more efficiently, saving you money in the long haul.

If your old air conditioner unit has been working too hard or is barely working at all, it’s probably been costing you too much on a monthly basis. Replacing your air conditioner will result in lower utility bill – especially during the long, hot Arizona summers.

How many times in the last year or two have you had to call for air conditioner repairs? If it seems like multiple times each summer, and even winter, it may be time to quit trying to hold that old air conditioner together and enjoy a new unit along with its warranty!

R-22 Freon is being phased out by the federal government. It’s one of the strategies to help all of us save energy. You’re going to have to make the switch to the new refrigerant (R410A), but this will come at a cost as you will most likely need to replace your unit if it’s older than 10 years.
