Why We Sell Trane Products

We strive to keep a smile on everyone’s face, and we do that by supplying products from brands at the top of our industry, such as Trane.

As a company that values our customers and sincerely puts all our effort into the tasks they trust us to complete, it should be no surprise that Mason Mechanical uses only the best products because customer satisfaction is our number one priority. You may have heard the saying: if mama isn’t happy, then no one is happy. We believe the happiness of our customers is equivalent to mother dearest; if you, our customers, aren’t happy then no one is.

It’s Hard to Stop a Trane

With Trane products, our goal of superb service is helped made possible with their brilliant line of products – ranging from air conditioners to heat pumps to ductless systems and everything in between. The difference between Trane products and those from other names is the attention to detail and the devotion to providing a product you can rely on and trust from the point of installation and years thereafter.

Every individual Trane product is specifically designed and tested for reliability in addition to durability. Not only will it last longer than comparable products from competing names, but you can rest assured knowing it has been through a rather tortuous testing process and couldn’t make it to your home or business without passing. Trane not only designs their products, but they also build, test, and even rebuild some of their own parts. Patents are established and owned by Trane, so you’re getting more than just the name; you’re getting the product from the ground up.

Extreme Testing

In an effort to provide top of the line products for each and every customer in need of a Trane product, each product is put through 16 weeks of cold and heat to prove they are able to withstand the temperatures and conditions of any environment. Testing takes place in Tyler, TX, at the SEET (Systems Extreme Environmental Test) lab, and some units even endure 2,600 hours of continuous testing that may include a full week of salt spray for corrosion resistance. Essentially Trane tries to break their products through intense testing that simulates five years worth of wear and tear in only a few months time. If a product doesn’t make it through the testing phase of creation, then it doesn’t make it out the door. It’s hard to stop a Trane period.
